Responsible use
Use the tools only for files you own or are authorised to edit. Respect copyright, privacy and platform rules. Do not use metadata removal to misrepresent authorship or ownership, facilitate fraud, or publish unlawful content.
What cleaning does
Supported embedded metadata can be removed. We do not guarantee anonymity, removal of invisible watermarks, prevention of reverse-image matching, or an AI-detector result. Removing content credentials does not establish authorship. Visible sensitive information remains visible; PDF cleaning is not redaction.
File processing runs in your browser; our tools do not upload or store image, PDF or RAW content. Keep your original, review the output and save a download before leaving the page. Browser support, source-file structure, memory and chosen export settings affect the result. A PDF rebuild rasterises pages and does not preserve searchable text, forms, accessibility structure or digital signatures. RAW export creates a JPG rather than modifying the RAW.
Accounts, quotas and paid access
Plans specify daily attempts, batch capacity and supported input sizes. Daily counters reset at 00:00 UTC. Started batches may consume the allowance even if processing fails. Guest users on a shared network may share a quota. Account, usage and support records are described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans activate after verified payment capture or administrator activation. Each purchase provides 30 days of access; renewing the same active plan adds 30 days to its remaining term. A different paid tier starts a new term without automatic proration. No automatic recurring payment is taken. After expiry, the account returns to free registered allowances.
Cancellation and refunds
You can request cancellation at any time. Purchases made on or after 1 November 2026 have a seven-calendar-day full-refund request window, subject to payment verification. Read our Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing for cancellation effects, eligibility, exceptions and processing times. Earlier purchases keep their applicable purchase terms and statutory rights are unaffected.
Support and availability
Contact requests are reviewed by the site operator; response and investigation times can vary. Priority support means prioritised handling, not a guaranteed instant response. We may restrict abusive access or suspend features for maintenance and security. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
